How do you define Eastern and Western Europe?

For shipping purposes, we use the following groupings:

  • Eastern Europe: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey
  • Western Europe: Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland
Are there European countries that you do not ship to?

Yes, we do not ship to the following countries:

Are your prices in USD?

Yes. All pricing on Calendars.com is listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Do you collect duties and taxes?

Yes. International customers may also be charged a fee by the carrier for the service of collecting duties and taxes. These vary by country, and heavier items like calendar frames and gallery calendars are more likely to incur fees. We cannot issue refunds for orders refused due to duties or taxes.

What about tariffs?

Due to tariff-related restrictions, we are not currently shipping U.S.-made products internationally.

Can I use a forwarding service?

Some customers use third-party forwarding services to route orders. While that's an option, we are not affiliated with any service and cannot provide support once your order is delivered to a U.S. forwarding address.

Can I schedule a future ship date?

Orders ship promptly as inventory becomes available, unless noted otherwise for Preorders or Backorders.

What do you mean by business days?

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. See UPS holiday schedule.
