SHIPPING INFORMATION (CANADA)
⚠️ Shipping Restrictions: We are currently unable to ship orders to Quebec due to local language and regulatory requirements. We continue to ship to all other Canadian provinces and territories. Due to tariff-related restrictions, we are also not currently shipping US-made products to Canada or other international destinations.
How We Ship: We ship to Canada via Standard Delivery (DHL Globalmail Direct) or Express Delivery (UPS Express Saver). When placing your order, be sure to select your Province in the "State/Province" field and Canada in the "Country" field.

Delivery: 7-11 biz days
Business days are Mon-Fri, excluding U.S. and Canadian holidays. Standard orders via DHL are collected weekly on Thursdays; please allow up to 5 additional business days for delivery.

Do you collect Duties and Taxes for Canadian orders? ▼
Yes. Calendars.com precollects duties and taxes for our Canadian customers:
- For orders under 40 CAD, no duties and taxes are collected.
- For orders that exceed 40 CAD but only contain calendars, taxes are collected by Province. No duties collected.
- For orders that exceed 40 CAD but contain only gift items (non-calendar items), both duties and taxes will be collected.
- For orders that exceed 40 CAD and contain mixed products (both gift and calendar items), duties will be collected on the gift items (non-calendar) only.
We are unable to issue refunds for orders that are refused by the customer.
What do you mean by business days? ▼
Business days are considered to be Monday through Friday with the exception of intervening holidays.

Can I order now and choose a later shipping date? ▼
We are unable to offer scheduled delayed shipping at this time. The only items that we do not expect to ship out within 1-4 business days are items on Preorder or Backorder.
